Hi,
we are using incident manangement (zmin) for testing. I want to use the email functunality for inquiries so that all communication is summarised.
When sending an email it works fine. The email is send through my email adress and send to the email adress of the wanted business partner.
When receiving the answer to this email this is of course send to my business partner email adress. However, I want the answer also to be documented in the "related tranasctions" which means that the email also should be "send to the incident". Is that possible?
Furthermore, are there any documentation on how to improve the layout of the entire workflow of emails
