How can I add custom message widget to CRM UI?

I want to create my own custom message widget. I've copied SAP standard widget MyIncidentsReportedByMeSOLMANREQU:

But I can't see my new Z-widget among other assignment blocks. Only default 5 are available:

What else should I do to get things done?
