Failure during „Technical Monitoring – System Monitoring“ ->„System Monitoring“ ->„Setup Monitoring“

The following error occurs during the “Setup Monitoring” .

We are using Solution Manager 7.1 SPS10 (10/2013).

SLG1

The Managed System is configured fine, everything is in status green.
