Hi Team,
We are implementing Problem management in zmpr transaction type.Our statuses are as follows:-
Draft, Under Investigation, Known Error - In Progress, Known Error - Workaround , Resolved, Closed
And Cancelled.
The fields Root Cause, Sub cause and prevention should be mandatory on status "RESOLVED”.But it is not coming.
In spro, we made necessary configuration settings as below
We activated BADI ALSO i.E., BAdI AI_CRM_IM_STATUS_BADI also.
But still the categories fields are not checked as mandatory .
Please help me in this issue as it is on priority.
