I'm working on ITSM tool in Solution Manager. When i'm creating a ticket from R3 screen(SAP GUI) level, it working fine. The incident getting created, assigning to support team automatically and notification is sent to the respective teams. Can anyone please tell me how to create the same from URL level? for eg. i want to create an incident from 'solman_workcenter' URL through browser?
