Hello experts,
we have implemented some own partnerfunctions in our service desk. (like Service Owner)
That works fine, but now we want to assign different employees based on the categorization to this partner functions.
There for I wanted to use an action that find out the right employee based on BRFplus rules, or do you know another way?
My question is, what method do I have to call in the action? ( I know there is a method called "AI_SDK_DETERMINE_SUPPORT_TEAM", but can i use this?)
And how can I add the new partner function to BRFplus? I try to add an element to the application "SOLMAN" (look at the screenshot) , but there are only the default values and not the custom ones.
