DAA issue while registering in Solution Manager 7.SP12

Hi All,

While registering DAA of the Managed system in Solution Manager getting the below issue.

1) SOAP:1.023 SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("ICF Error when receiving the response: ICM_HTTP_SSL_ERROR") 2) Web service invocation problem on host testhost and port 5200 protocol : https logical port name : LP_WS_SMDAGENT_MONITORING. Check note 1822831.

3) SOAP:1.023 SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("ICF Error when receiving the response: ICM_HTTP_SSL_ERROR")

4) Could not ping web service on solution manager java. Check note 1822831.

I have read the notes & Is this related to SSL. Can you please let me know steps for SSL in Solution Manager system.
