maintenance optimizer shows old target stack

Hi,
We use solution manager 7.1 SP-12. I am trying to download Support pack
stack 11 for Netweaver Java 7.4 system.
But the Maintenance optimizer shows latest stack as 10, although the
SAP Marketplace is showing NW stack 11 available.
Is there any way to synchronize manually Maintenance optimizer with
current stack of SAP Marketplace.
