Add mandatory documents to RFC

Hello,

I already created my own transaction for a change request (ZMCR) and created a System Template which I can insert as a template.

Now I don't want to pick this document manually all the time and would like to set it as a standard which is already added to the RFC if I create a new one. I haven't found a discussion about it, so I hope that someone can help me with this and that this is even possible in SAP.
