Hello, Experts!
I faced one problem with email sending for urgent changes. Actually, the same problem is relevant for all change documents.
An email notification should be sent to a proper business partner. It depends on an urgent change status and a partner role.
But if the same business partner is assigned to two different roles, email notifications don't send.
I have the next message in the determination log
However, the bussines partner is assigned to this role
Does anybody know how to fix it?
I would be appreciated for help!
