We have set up BP Mon for failed idoc monitoring with an idoc age date of 168 hours. However, we find the mails listing the failed idoc has a count which is not matching with the system count. Its going beyond 7 days history to calculate the count where as the config is for 7 days.
Request any input if anyone has faced such issues and if any config change in solman is required.
Also another question, is it mandatory to provide partner profile details in the config of BP mon. Currently we have only set idoc type and extension, field name and status and have kept the partner profile blank. I am not sure if that should affect the count.
