I am having issues with fields 'defect' and 'category'. These fields are not getting populated when we are creating 'request for change' from an incident'.
Can you please suggest how can it be resolved.
For your information, this issue is coming up since our Solution Manager system is upgrade from 7.1 SP10 to 7.1 SP12. Earlier this was populating fine.
