Auto-Incident creation

Hi,

I configured an ITSM+SLA demo scenario, and I would ike to test the Auto-Incident creation too.

 

So when an Alert  occurr , an Incident should be created in automatic way in Service Desk.

 

Where can I find documentation about the Auto-Incident scenario ?
