Getting CX_WDR_ADAPTER_EXCEPTION dump in Solution Manager

Hi Experts,

I have upgraded solution manager from EHP1 to 7.1 SP12. But if i am

executing the T-Code SOLMAN_SETUP, I am getting the blank browser popup.

No URL is generating in the pop up. if I manually type the url

'http://hostname:8000/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/wd_sise_main_app?sap-language=EN'

then home page appears and when i clicked on system

preparation tab getting error "500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: An exception occurred that was not caught. (termination:

RABAX_STATE)" and below dump is generated in ST22.

The exception 'CX_WDR_ADAPTER_EXCEPTION' was raised, but it was not

caught anywhere along the call hierarchy. Since exceptions represent

error situations and this error was not adequately responded to, the

running ABAP program 'CX_WDR_ADAPTER_EXCEPTION======CP' has to be

terminated."
