Can we trigger JOB's in managed system from Project Tasklist after CD's reaches Sucessfully TESTED

Hi All,

We have a requirement where in our customer wants a An event  to be triggered from CHARM at the status SUCESSFULLY TESTED which will trigger the TEST SUITES in the managed systems .Could you give your inputs on how this scenario could be achieved and implemented .Is this really possible to have event triggering relative to Charm change document status ??

We are on Solution manager 7.1 SP12 (recently upgraded)
