Getting Service Cannot be reached in Learning maps while opening in web browser

Hi All,

We are having issue in Learning Maps - Authoring Environment when we click on Open in web browser getting..

Link-->http://host:8000/sap/bc/solman/defaultUser/learningMap/start.htm?....

The error is showing as Service Cannot be Reached...& the Terminated error occurred in the system with the error code 404...

Please suggest.
