I've configured VAR ServiceDesk in SolMan 7.01.
OSS-messages are successfully transfered to SAP and back.
Trying to configure now e-mail notification about message status change for reporter/processor.
Everything is done according to manual, except for the support team (we use two BP's with e-mail addresses provided):
TA SPPFCADM -> Application CRM_ORDER -> Define Action Profile and Actions -> Action Profile SLFN0001_ADVANCED -> made a Z-copy from action SLFN0001_ADVANCED_MAIL, parameters as in manual -> Save
TA SPPFCADM -> Application CRM_ORDER -> Condition Configuration -> for action profile SLFN0001_ADVANCED I've added recently created action -> created scheduling and starting conditions -> reaction on different statuses -> Save.
But when I create a message and change statuses in it - on "Actions" tab no Z-action appears that I've created.
No e-mail notification in SOST.
P.S. SCOT is configured.
What maybe the problem?
