Hello team,
AS part of technical monitoring setup troubleshooting we identified that “ABAP_SYSTEM_REMOTE_RFC_AVAILAB” is grey .
When I click the data collection its showing as ”status check failed for extractor E2E_DPC_SECEXTR_MON_JPM”
As a result when I check the E2E_DPC_SECEXTR_MON_JPM extractor its showing as not update on last status
As part of troubleshoot which check in MAI_TOOLS ->metric troubleshoot -> given metric iD
I noticed data collection is not happening at managed system.
Please help me to overcome this issue.
