Dear Experts,
I am in process of configuring technical monitoring in SOLMAN 7.1 SP12.
I have one requirement from client which says he should get email notifications for all the active KPIs but some of the event from those KPIs should send High Priority emails.
For eg, email will be triggered for low file system space which can be sorted out next day also but if instance is down, it should be taken care immediately so such events should be emailed with high priority.
I have referred some of blogs for changing subject lines or overall emails but nothing on email prioritization.
