consolidate solution Managers

I am working on Solution Manager merger. We have several business entity  and
each have their own Solution Manager , now  we are planning  the
“Central”  Solution Manager which will support all business entity.

In relation
to this I would like to know:

Is it feasible to consolidate 3
solution manager in one Central

1. What
   happens if they have 3 different licenses ( Customer ID)
2. We
   don’t have any Road map or design for central Solution Manager how it going to
   be used for three customer Ids.
3. Can
   different functionalities ( transport/Charm, test management, DVM, EEM…)
   running in different  solution manager will be able to merge in one ?
1. How complex is this merger multiple
   customer IDs in one Solution manager ?
2. What is your recommendation to do in
   case mentioned above
