Hi Gurus,
we have a old crm4.0 system which is being phased out ,this crm system is currently being used to log service calls only (tickets ),
we want to migrate all the data currently in this CRM 4.0 system to Solution Manager 7.2 system we have , is this possible ? we need read only access to all the old transactions and data from CRM as we are not planning to use ITSM functionality in solution manager .
