Custom Code Management - No customer objects found

Hello ALM Experts,

I am currently involved in implementing Custom Code Management Cockpit (CCMC). After the setup was completed I am getting the following error while trying to list the Custom Code available in the system.

Steps followed.

1. Managed system landscape configuration.

2. Setting up project landscape in CCMC

3. Set up Control Center, Analysis System & Statistics Systems.

Run activity 'Determine Customer Objects'.

Without completing this activity I cant go any further.
