Issue management

Hi everybody, I'm working with Issue management on my solution manager 7.1

I created a few test issues in engagement and service delivery workcenter and now I'm filling up SOLAR02 transaction with these issues for testing purposes

But I noticed that column "reported by" is empty, why happens this?
