Connection check from CMDB to SOLMAN is failed in Solman_setup

Hi Experts,

While integration of SolMan & CMDB in solman_setup step 4, it check the connectivity from SolMan to CMDB & vice versa. The connection test from SolMan to CMDB is successful, but the "Check connectivity from CMDB to SolMan" is failed. In the log it shows following error description.

CX_DIAGSTP_WS_CALL : An exception occurred

/RTC/CX_CM_AS_EXCEPTION : An exception occurred

CX_AI_SOAP_FAULT : SoapFaulCodeName: InternalServiceFault |SoapFaulCodeNamespace:

Please suggest what could be the cause for this issue.
