Dear Experts,
I configured more or less working technical monitoring in Solution Manager 7.1 SPS 12.
Our SLA times are from 7 to 18h. Everywhere I had the possibility, I have put these
hours, like in Global recipients and recipients lists and notification variants...
BUT all this in vain - alerts keep coming around the clock.
PLEASE kindly let me know how to tell Solution Manager to NOT send alerts to a defined
e-mail address from 18h till 7 AM at the next morning!
