I require an Immediate Help on the Below Scenario.
Currently we are in a Process of Migrating Existing Ticketing Tool to SAP Solution Manager Service Desk. In this Process I have a Questions.
1.Is it Possible to migrate The Historical data that is present in Current Ticketing tool to SAP Solution Manager Service Desk Tool?
If answer is Yes, Can you please let me know the Process of Migration of the data?
