We have implemented ITSM in Solution manager 7.1 SP 7, Configured email when the status of the incident is changed. It's working fine.
We have created PFAC rule to choose the support team automatically and send email to the support team.
Now current requirement is to send email to the dispather whenever the status of the incident is changing. I searched for the partner function for dispatcher, don't find any. Could you please help me to sort out this issue.
