SOLMAN Custom Alert for Load Balancing

Hi,

i have a scnenario here.

in production systems with multiple instances, some times one of the instance is getting high % share of batch jobs.

and sometimes , this increased CPU utilization on those instances due to lot of expensive jobs and CPU utilization is normal.

So, my doubt is ,can i create a custom alert in SOLMAN to alert when the below 2 events occur in AND condition.

1. background WP utilization rises on any instance.

2. at the same , there is a rise in CPU utilization as well beyond certain thresholds.

if these  events occur at the same, i need an alert to be triggered.

any inputs appreciated.
