I am currently implementing ChaRM in Solution Manager 7.1. After a Request for Change is created, it passes through the approval stage where the Change Manager approves it. In the current customer location there are additional persons who need to approve the Request for Change. One of these is the Head of the Department of the person creating the Request for Change.
In the approval block, the business partner of the Head of the Deparment needs to be filled in. There is a drop down box in this field which shows a list of all persons in the system. Locating the required entry from this list can be difficult especially if the list is long. Therefore the customer needs a way of restricting this data to the relevant Head of Department entries only.
Is there any way that the default search facility can be modified or customized to show only the required data ?
