N_ndia_Org authorization object - ISH

Hello,

The authorization object "N_ndia_Org" can be limited by the key of the diagnosis (field: n_dkey1) ,it works great through the N222 transaction and NWP1.

The problem is that the "Patient Organizer" shows all the diagnoses, not only the diagnosis that were given permission.

The display at the "Patient Organizer" goes by the organizational unit and not by the diagnosis itself

Is there a way to solve this problem?
