Hi experts,
We have upgraded our solman from 7.0 to 7.1SP10 and now we use the CRM_UI Service desk for our incident management.
In the past, we scheduled the program CRM_ACTION_MONITOR in our solution manager client. This program checks if issues are in status "proposed solution" or "customer action". Every week we scheduled this program so it sends an email to the incident reporter (smartform in the action profile).
With the old transaction type (SLFN), this worked fine. But now, with the new transaction type (SMIN) in the new solman, it seems that this is not working anymore.
- We only changed the transaction type in this program
- we added a new action definition for sending mails through reports and added this to the action profile of the transaction type
and now we get the following message:
"0 Actions found for the given Selection Criteria"
is this still the way to go? or do we have to activate anything to make it work?
