"Dump While accessing the T-Code Solman_Directory"

Hi Experts,

Currently we are SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP12, we are getting a Dump, when ever we are executing the T-Code "Solman_Directory".

The details of the Dump are as follows:

Category               ABAP Programming Error

Runtime Errors         RAISE_EXCEPTION

ABAP Program           CL_AGS_BPM_SOLUTION===========CP

Application Component  SV-SMG-MON-BPM

Date and Time          09.12.2014 12:39:24

Error analysis
    A RAISE statement in the program "CL_DMD_OBJECT2=============
     exception
    condition "OBJECT_NOT_LOCKED".
    Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior
    program, processing was terminated.

    Short description of exception condition:

    For detailed documentation of the exception condition, use
    Transaction SE37 (Function Library). You can take the called
    function module from the display of active calls.
