Error When Reading Variant "ICT_SERVICE_DESK_API"

I am encounter an errorwhenaccessing the"ICT_SERVICE_DESK_API" inSolutionManager7.1.

Iaccess itthrough TCODE : SOAMANAGERandthenselecting the "Web Service Configuration".

IfI select"Apply selection"to"ICT_SERVICE_DESK_API" will display a pop-up windowthat contains theerror:

SAP500InternalServer Error
ERROR: Errorwhenreadingvariant"ICT_SERVICE_DESK_API" of servicedefinition"ICT_SERVICE_DESK_API": Anexceptionoccurred(termination: RABAX_STATE)

Please advice how to solve this problem,
