ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED during step 6.1 (SLD) in Solman_setup

Hi,

I am getting the below error in "system preparation" stage 6.1 (SLD) in solman_setup

"Error in processing of HTTP request: (400)ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED"

Plz suggest, how to solve this error

I have referred this thread

Environment :  Windows Server 2008 R2

SAP Solman 7.1 SP11
