Rating status grey for certain event/metrics

Hi all,

I have all the systems configured in the SOLMAN.

For a certain few systems, we do not receives alert for certain events / metric. When checking on the System Monitoring, some events/metrics has status Grey.

In other systems, we have all the events/metrics either green or red.

Can I get your advise on the possible reason why some of the metrics is grey?
