SAP CRM 7.0 Questionnaires (Survey Problem) using Solman 7.1

HI All,

I have created Questionnaires in CRM via (CRM_SURVEY_SUITE)  like below

Then I have Attached those Questionnaires to our Change Request ZMCR Ttype in SPRO

I have made the Assigment Block for Surveys available in My Ttype ZMCR

The Problem is that The surveys do not appear on the Change Request

This is what I see:

I have tried to Activate and Regenerate the Surveys many times but Still it doesn't want to show.

Anyone knows why or where did I missed here?
