Hi experts,
currently we copied the default escalation action for IRT to send an email to the manager of the support team.
We use the partnerfunction slfn0003 and assign the managers email adress to the business partner of the support team. That works fine, but now it´s not possible to enter the managers mail adress there. At this point we need now a groupmail adress, so that this way doesn´t work anymore.
Can you tell me how we can implement an action or do we need workflows to notify different managers if IRT and MPT is reached?
Is it maybe possible to define a new partner function an assign over an action or BRFplus function a manager to a support team and use a copie of ITR and MPT escalation action?
