Automatic selection of message processor in service desk 7.1

Hi all

 

After configuration of service desk in solman 7.1.Team are assigning successfully to support messages but i wanted tickets to forward to processors automatically without manual assignment.

 

i am using  support team determination via BRFPLUS and its working fine/
