Dear experts
Is it possible to configure an "On-Call" schedule + notification management? (using TechAdm_Overview - Technical Operations - SCN Wiki )
I would like to set it up so our SAP SysAdmins get a notification if something goes wrong, however it should be scheduable (so we can specify which admin is on call on what day)
Do I use work modes / IT Calendar / .... what would be the best approach?
