Dear all,
we are using Solution manager 7.10 quite intensively - Incident management, service management, integrated to change management (20k+ tickets per year), inlcude SLA management and standard BI (custom developed extractors 4 years ago).
Now we are starting using embeded BI, loooks promissing, but:
- no documentation of BI model (what is certain field about, etc)
- missing transactions (like Service order, task)
+ standard content available for incident management
+ simple but efficient enkancements (3 sets of custom data)
Looking for data model description, which I would expect is available from SAP AG.
