MoM in Basis Configuration

Hi

Could some one share me how to define the MOM and collector node in basic configuration .

I have installed 1 MOM and 2 Collector node with different ports.

MOM = 8081,6001

EM1 = 8082 ,6002

EM2 = 8083 ,6003

All installed in same server.

Now I have to define MOM and Collector node in basic configuration . Kindly share some screenshot if you have defined already .
