CEN_REQUIRED solman

Dear Experts,

We are not getting alerts mail from our auto reaction method in solution manager and,  when I checked status in Rz20 of Autoreaction it is showing

"[Central Autoreaction]  CEN_CHECKED  Run required ( 01.08.2014 , 11:01:17 )"

Please advice .
