Client copy hang at post processing (Last Exit Program BUS_SCR_CONTAINER_CLIENT_COPY AP-MD-BP)

Client copy was taking very long time at post processing phase with the following message

Last Exit Program  BUS_SCR_CONTAINER_CLIENT_COPY AP-MD-BP

any solution could be great help. Please find attached screen shots.
