JVMJ9VM009E J9VMDllMain failed: Error for Java starting

Hi All ,

I have installed wily agent from solman to managed system . Once the managed system activity was completed ( Introscope & Byte installation ) , it asked for java restart of managed system .
Once I took a restart ,server 0 is not coming up & failing with error mention below -

I have gone through many SDN Blogs & also applied notes - 1149214 & 797147 , but still the issue persist .

Anyone have any other resolution for this , kindly help .
