In SAP Solution Manager 7.1(SP11), we use interactive reporting in the context of technical monitoring to determine system availability , database availability ,instance availability and host availability of managed systems.
The report for the database availability sometimes displays a small part of the day or hour without availability measurement. Because of this hourly and daily availability is found less than 100.
We have increased the resources(DIA WP) and tuned the extractor framework based on the log of background job "EFWK RESOURCE MANAGER". After doing this, the database availability values have only become better than earlier values but it has not helped us to get 100% availability.
Any suggestions ?
