Hello everyone,
I have configured Incident Management in Solution Manager 7.1 SP10. I have activated badI AI_SDK_SP_RFC_RP because I have several customers in VAR scenario.
In transaction AISUSER I have something like this:
USER1 - <VAR Customer Number> - <S-USER created in VAR SAP Support Portal>
USER1 - <Customer Number 123> - <S-USER created in Customer SAP Support Portal>
USER1 - <Customer Number 456> - <S-USER created in Customer SAP Support Portal>
Now, everytime I go to MOPZ I get the following message:
"No destination for SAP Customer Number XYZ" . The additional information is asking me to create a RFC like "SM_SP_<VAR Partner Number>
I have also set the parameter ONE_RFC_TO_SAP_FOR_ALL_CUST to 'X like the VAR guide says.I think that in older versions you had to create a RFC for each customer but Do I still need to create a RFC like SM_SP_<VAr Partner Number>? I mean 1 RFC to the VAR?

What else am I missing?
