Hi,
We have requirement to fulfill and it's that when an end user raised an incident the basis admin should get an email notification. Although basis admin has nothing to do to an incident, handling of ITSM incidents are the duties of dispatchers and message processors and support team, but due to some security issues basis admin need an email notification whenever an incident is raised.
So I created:
1) an action profile set it as "Mail output"
2) what option to select in "Partner-Dependent" option?
3) and where do I enter email and basis admin "Business partner number" in customizing action. so he will get an email.
Note: we didn't maintained "Support Team determination" nor we have created "Organizational units"
