Change status PPF operation in ZMRQ, ZNAR

Hello experts!

I configure status change by ppf operations in SM 7.1 SP10. I checked that status change PPF operation works in incident ZMIN, problem ZMPR.

But status change doesn't work in ZMRQ. Action successfully completed.

How to fix this problem with ZMRQ?

I created PPF in ZNAR, but Knowledge article has no button «Actions»
