DB KPI in IT performance reporting not reporting values

Hi,

The It performance management is not reporting values for DB KPIs

The connection to the satellite system is working via DBACOCKPIT and shows all the required values of the remote DB.

RDBKPIMON report output said the node was created successfully.

But even after these steps, there are no values being reported.

Even under RZ20--> CCMS monitor for SAP CCMS Monitors for Optional Components-->Key Indicators of Monitored Databases, the node is visible but no values displayed.(grey)

If anybody has faced  such a thing , can you please advise if anything else needs to be checked.
