We are doing VAR support for our customers. As we are handling the entire IT support for our clients, we are having Maintenance project created against each. Requirement is to identify the Incidents related to the Project. I have noticed that while creating Incident(Web UI), there is an option to capture the project details (as below). The projects created are showing in the pop-up when we do value help. My question is where to look for the stored value to pull a report and is there a way to default the project based on the Requester(Key user) who creates ticket?
